At An-Nawabi, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with a product, we offer an easy return and replacement process. Please read our policy carefully before making a request.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
We accept returns and replacements under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product must have all original tags and packaging.
- Returns or replacements must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it for free.
2. How to Return a Product
- Customers can return the product to the delivery person at the time of delivery.
- If the delivery is completed, contact our customer service team to schedule a return.
- Provide your order ID and a reason for the return.
3. Replacement Policy
- If there is a defect or issue with your product, we will send a replacement product the next day.
- If the exact item is unavailable, we will offer a similar product or a full refund.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only if:
- The product is out of stock, and you don’t want a replacement.
- The product was damaged upon arrival, and a replacement is not possible.
- The wrong product was delivered, and you don’t want a replacement.
Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the return is received and approved.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or washed products.
- Products with missing tags or packaging.
- Discounted or sale items (unless defective).
