1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns and replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product must have all original tags and packaging.
  • Returns or replacements must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it for free.

2. How to Return a Product

  • Customers can return the product to the delivery person at the time of delivery.
  • If the delivery is completed, contact our customer service team to schedule a return.
  • Provide your order ID and a reason for the return.

3. Replacement Policy

  • If there is a defect or issue with your product, we will send a replacement product the next day.
  • If the exact item is unavailable, we will offer a similar product or a full refund.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if:

  • The product is out of stock, and you don’t want a replacement.
  • The product was damaged upon arrival, and a replacement is not possible.
  • The wrong product was delivered, and you don’t want a replacement.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the return is received and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed products.
  • Products with missing tags or packaging.
  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective).
